At any time during the Rack N’ Stack warranty period following the issuance of an invoice, customers can return an item that has a manufacturing defect.
Rack N’ Stack, Inc provides a 1-year warranty on all hardware sold.

- Water damage
- Electrical surge damage
- Heat Damage
- Physical damage due to shipping
Warranty will apply NOT if the Hardware or Software has been altered or has been subjected to unreasonable physical, thermal or electrical stress, misuse, negligence, or accident.
