APC

UPS batteries have a service life measured in years, and the failure mode is discovering it during the outage you bought the UPS for.

We supply the right cartridge, swap it on a scheduled visit, and dispose of the old one properly.

Questions we get

Batteries and Replacements, answered straight

How often should batteries be replaced?

Typically every three to five years depending on environment and duty. We will tell you what the unit is reporting rather than sell you a schedule.

Do you take the old batteries away?

Yes, with proper disposal. Leaving old lead-acid units in a comms room is not an acceptable outcome.
