Support, software, and licensing
Manufacturer warranty, technical support contracts, software entitlements, firmware access, and license transfers are not conveyed by a purchase from us unless a quote expressly says so. Where you need manufacturer support, arrange it directly with the manufacturer or an authorized channel and confirm eligibility before ordering.
