Two things set storage on this site: the software that makes it work, and product analytics you can switch off. No advertising trackers.
A cookie is a small file a site stores in your browser. This page lists what this site stores, why, and how long it lasts.
Strictly necessary
These keep the site functioning and cannot be switched off without breaking it. They are not used to profile you.
Session and security cookies set by our hosting and framework. These load pages, keep a form submission attached to the right session, and protect against request forgery. They last for the session.
Staff sign-in: an administrative session cookie set only for our own team after login, 30 days. Visitors never receive it.
Your cookie choice itself is stored in your browser's local storage rather than a cookie, so declining does not write the thing you just declined.
Analytics, which you can switch off
PostHog product analytics, hosted in the United States, records page views and interaction events so we can see which parts of the site get used. Its cookies identify a browser, not a person.
PostHog cookies are named with a ph_ prefix and last up to twelve months. They are written only after analytics are permitted.
In the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland these load only after you press Accept. Everywhere else they load unless you press Reject or your browser sends Global Privacy Control.
Advertising
None. There are no advertising pixels, no cross-site retargeting tags, no ad-network scripts, and no data sold or shared with advertisers.
Changing your mind
Use Cookie settings at the bottom of any page to re-open the banner and change your answer. Withdrawing takes effect immediately: capture stops and the analytics identifiers are cleared.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will break parts of the site.
